What Are Our Rates?
Remember, no two locations are exactly alike. They differ with respect to square footage and the priorities of each homeowner.  We are ready to work with you to accomodate your specific needs. 

The estimates provided below are guidelines only, not firm prices, which can only be given after we meet with you to inspect the space to be cleaned and discuss your needs; you are encouraged to take advantage of our free estimate and consultation which takes place in the privacy of your own home or business. 

Routine/Contract Cleaning:
Weekly or bi-weekly cleans: start at $55.00
Monthly cleans: start at $85.00

One Time Deep Cleaning:
Large Homes: start at $250.00
Medium Homes: start at $200.00
Small Homes: start at $150.00

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: start at $175.00

Rental Property Cleaning: start at $65.00 (condos) and $85 (beach houses, large homes, etc.)
Discounts available for multiple properties.

Office and Commercial Cleaning: start at $125.00, all-inclusive.

*Note: Laundry/linen service is subject to an additional charge per visit.
